Technical Committee

Volunteer to help the Technical Committee

The technical committee is responsible for: 

  • Maintaining a content rich website that is easy for multiple officers/committee chairs to post information and update content.
  • Finding and implementing technology to assist with managing and running our club as easily as possible.
  • Assisting Officers and Committee chairs to understand and use the technologies adopted.

It is the goal of this website to provide an easy and efficient way for the Officers and Committee Chairs to communicate with our members, as well as providing an informative/enjoyable site that may encourage others to join the Jacket Backers.

Help Wanted - Web Design/Drupal Experts

This site has been created with very little prior experience and a lot of trial and error.  The website is built on an open-source content-management-system called Drupal.

Anyone with Drupal or website development experience that could volunteer to provide some advice and/or guidance would be appreciated.  Please contact technical@jacketbackers.org if you are able to help.  Thank You.
