It is usually located behind section 116, near the escalator from the McConnell Street Entrance, but may be relocated on a game-by-game basis at the Jackets' request.  Feel free to stop by at any game with your questions, comments or just to see what is going on with the Jacket Backers.

Community Power Play

$1582 Raised To Date This Season for The Blue Jackets Foundation #CommunityPowerPlay Goal! (updated 3/10/2015)

THIS SEASON the Jacket Backers are again teaming up with the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation to present our 2nd ANNUAL COMMUNITY POWER PLAY!!   For each Power Play Goal scored by the Blue Jackets, the Jacket Backers will make a donation to the Blue Jackets Foundation – and we’d love it if you’d join us and match!  Use the donation button below to show your support and Celebrate Life and Hockey!

NEW FOR 2014 – 2015 SEASON!!  We’re increasing our donations!!  For the first PP Goal scored in each game, we will donate $20 to the Foundation, for the second PP Goal we will donate $40 more, for the third PP Goal we will donate $60 more and so on. If a PP goal turns out to be our game winner, we will add another $100 to the Foundation.  Help us celebrate the joy of scoring more power play goals!

Seeking Volunteers To Help At Blood Drive - Get Your Raffle Tickets

Hi Jacket Backers!  An update on our upcoming blood drive on Saturday, June 18th - We are seeking four volunteers to help with coverage of the registration and refreshment tables.  As well, we want to encourage even those who can't or choose not to donate, to stop by and get your raffle tickets to support our fundraising efforts in memory of #13 Ryan Salmons, who passed away in 2009 after a brief bout with cancer.  All proceeds will benefit the Hats for Heroes program through the Blue Jackets Foundation.

We need at least one person for each of the following shifts:

Registration  8:15 am - 11:15 am, 11:15 am - 2:15 pm

Refreshments  9:00 am - 12 noon, 12 noon - 3 pm

Raffle tickets are $2 each or 3/$5; still working on specific list of items to be raffled and will update this post with details as they are confirmed.  We will also be giving away a door prize to all presenting donors.

As well, if you are planning on attending and would like to bring a snack to share at the refreshments table, you are welcome to do so.
